Social Networking Baru Dari Google

Masih kurang puas dengan layanan social network yang sudah ada seperti facebook, friendster, orkut, myspace dan sejenisnya? kali ini bisa mencoba layanan baru social networking besutan google yang masih dalam tahap private beta. layanan bernama "google+ project" siap menantang layanan social networking yang sudah ada terutama facebook yang menjadi layanan nomor satu. 

mungkin google gak mau terulang kegagalannya saat meluncurkan "google wave" dan kali ini lebih serius di project barunya "google+ project" yang beberapa waktu lalu diumumkan pihak google. berhubung masih versi beta dan belum diluncurkan secara resmi, penggemar layanan google bisa mencoba dengan cara mendaftarkan terlebih akun google-nya di alamat https://plus.google.comdengan mengisi nama lengkap dan alamat imel yang digunakan. 

banyak kemiripan dengan layanan yang sudah ada saat ini di "google+ project" seperti fitur-fitur "huddle", "sparks", "instant upload", "hangouts" dan "circles" yang dapat digunakan buat update status, saling komentar, upload foto/ video maupun checkin lokasi. lumayan juga layanan ini bisa diakses via mobile. untuk "circles" bisa dibuat kelompok-kelompok atau grup-grup yang berbeda sehingga gak saling campur update status atau upload foto yang dapat dilihat oleh teman yang berbeda-beda, misalnya teman kantor gak bisa liat yang di kelompok teman jalan-jalan. mau ngobrol ama temen-temen juga bisa di "google+ project" karena ada fitur "huddle" yang bisa diakses via iphone, android maupun via sms. mau nge-"like" kayak di facebook juga bisa karena ada tombil "+1" yang bisa diberikan buat apresiasi postingan temen.

Sparks
Tell Sparks what you’re into and it will send you stuff it thinks you’ll like, so when you’re free, there’s always something cool to watch, read, or share.

Huddle
Texting is great, but not when you’re trying to get six different people to decide on a movie. Huddle turns all those different conversations into one simple group chat, so everyone gets on the same page all at once. Your thumbs will thank you.
